In Escape from Tarkov, every decision can be a make-or-break moment, with rewards often hanging in the balance. The Skier's Loyalty Buyout task is not that kind of a mission. It is a simple quest that seems like an easy way to earn a bit of reputation but overall, is it even worth it?
Battlestate Games usually craft their tasks to have the rewards match the amount of effort that was put into the task, but with this task it seems the players might not be valued enough. Here is everything you need to know.
How to complete Skier's Loyalty Buyout task
This task requires you to simply hand over 1 000 000 Roubles to Skier and as a reward, you will only get Skier Rep +0.25. It seems like it's low-risk, low-reward.
This task is not activated for everyone as it is tied to a different task's completion. This task is activated once you fail Skier's Chemical part 4 task and choose either the Out of Curiosity task for the Therapist or Prapor's Big Customer task.
We suggest never actually paying Skier any money, as the reward for doing so is never worth the money you spend on Skier.
This task is not mandatory to complete but we are sure that many players will get it and might wonder if it is worth completing. It is not. Feel free to ignore it for as long as it is in your task log and wait for something better to come along since other tasks are more worth your time.
