Battlefield 6 is a first-person military shooter developed by Battlefield Studios and published by Electronic Arts. Set in 2027 amid a crumbling NATO alliance and the rise of a ruthless private military corporation, the game marks a deliberate return to form after the divisive reception of 2042, bringing back class-based squad play, a single-player campaign, and the large-scale destruction the series is known for.

With modes like Conquest, Breakthrough, and Rush alongside the returning Portal toolkit, there's plenty to get stuck into. Critical reception has been largely positive, and commercially it's the biggest Battlefield launch in years — a genuine statement of intent from EA.
