Humankind, Need for Speed Heat and a couple of other titles are dropping on Xbox Game Pass today. By the end of the month, the Game Pass library will also include Psychonauts 2 and more.
August 2021 has been quite a month for Game Pass subscribers who will get to enjoy some pretty big titles in the coming days and weeks. The new games that will be joining the service include SEGA's 4x4 strategy Humankind while Xbox Game Studios also have a big one - Double Fine's Psychonauts 2 is coming next week.
Without further ado, here's the breakdown of Game Pass in the second part of August 2021.
Titles arriving to Game Pass today, August 17:
- Humankind (PC)
- Need For Speed Heat (Cloud) EA Play
- Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Cloud) EA Play
- Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order (Cloud) EA Play
August 19:
- Recompile (Cloud, Console, and PC) ID@Xbox
- Train Sim World 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Twelve Minutes (Cloud, Console, and PC) ID@Xbox
August 25:
- Psychonauts 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC)
August 26:
- Myst (Cloud, Console, and PC) ID@Xbox
Xbox also confirmed that Xbox Touch controls have been added for more than ten games, which will make your life a lot easier if you're playing on mobile via xCloud. Games that now support the feature include Hades, Bloodroots, Farming Simulator 19, Going Under, Need for Speed Heat (EA Play), Peggle 2 (EA Play), Psychonauts, Wasteland 2, Wasteland 3 and Wasteland Remastered.
As always, some games will also leave the service. Here is the full list of them.
