The Crow's Eye, a psychological horror game set in the scariest place of all - a reputed medical college. Now, I might be biassed, but the game is about a young man who wakes up at the University, with no recollection as to how and why he ended up there and then tries to get out using "obscure facts" and "decipher the enigmas". Scary stuff.
If you've ever picked up an anatomy atlas, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
