Owlcat Games released another major bug fixing patch for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, dealing with another set of annoying issues.
Azata Mythic Path is pretty awesome, but then again, each one offers some amazing new ways to play the game. However, the Desnans tend to have issues with cutscenes in some cases, such as the attack on the Midnight Fane. Considering this is related to the main quest line of Pathfinder: WotR , we have to issue the spoiler warning so keep that in mind if you continue reading.
Players with the Azata Mythic Path can choose to attack the Midnight Fane prematurely by listening to Aivu and using the army the commander amassed in their court. However, this triggers a cutscene that would bug out and quite literally break the game. Thankfully, the latest patch fixed this issue so you will no longer need to load a previous save and choose to wait for the army instead.
While the list of fixed bugs in the patch notes is extremely long, fixing one of them eluded the developers. When you indirectly pause the game in some situations, like levelling up for example, the game would remain paused with barely any UI around, which could make you think it's bugged and you need to restart. This is not actually the case, as you can just open the inventory window, close it and continue as normal.
The patch also brought a bunch of qualify of life changes. For example, the Recruitment button on the crusade UI will now flash when it gets the weekly reset.
