Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne are heading for another major update, and Capcom's Title Update 5 trailer shows off some fresh new monsters, events and outfits.
It won't take long until you get to dive in as the Title Update 5, which is free of course, launches in a few days, more precisely on October 1, 2020, at 12pm UTC.
Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne players are getting a proper icy update, and we're talking about one of the new monsters.
First things first, though - the first TU5 monster is Fatalis, a dragon that already looks like a handful. The second is Arch-Tempered Velkhana, and the "Arch-Tempered" means an even bigger handful.
As usual, the new dragons means new armour sets, and Fatalis actually leads the way here with two sets, while Velkhana comes with a single new one. There are also Azure Age, Azure Era and Azure Star armour sets, as well as some other additions.
Interestingly enough, Capcom will be hosting a Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne quest that's a collaboration with the Universal Studios Japan. While we certainly don't mind the cross-franchise quests, it should be a welcome refreshment. It will be available worldwide on October 1 as well.
Last but not least is the Seliana Fest - Fun Fright Fest, Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne's Halloween-themed bonanza. It too comes with fresh armour sets, as well as some spooky cosmetic additions to complete the experience.
If you like running around Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, or his female counterpart, you'll soon be able to with the layered armour Buff Body. Or if you're more on the fashion side of things, there's the Kadachi Scarf.
