Rockstar Games recently released an enhanced version for GTA 5, which brings the next-gen console updates and content to PC. The next-gen content features improved graphics, HSW features, and other exclusive content. Adding to the new flow of content, Rockstar is also dropping a new content update for GTA Online.
The new content update titled Safehouse in the Hills will be the last ever DLC update for GTA Online. This new update will officially add mansions, new vehicles, heists, and more. Here's a look at everything new you can expect to see in the new update.
Everything New in GTA Online's Safehouse in the Hills Update
The Safehouse in the Hills is the last update for GTA Online. After a long wait of 12 years, Rockstar Games is finally adding mansions to GTA Online. Players can finally purchase and customise their very own mansion in Los Santos. Here's a look at everything in the new update:
- Luxury mansions with customisable features like interior, exterior garage, trophy cabinet, gym, pool, dog kennels, security staff, and more.
- Mansion parties are becoming an official feature. After purchasing a luxury mansion in-game, players can throw parties and invite their friends and other players to enjoy their time in the mansion.
- With the new update, Rockstar is adding new missions to GTA Online, which might also include a new heist.
- Michael De Santa is officially making his grand return to GTA Online with the new DLC.
- The update will also include new vehicles, including the updated Vapid FMJ for GTA+ users.
- New HSW and Drift vehicles are also joining the game on the enhanced version of the game.
- Players who have completed the mansion setup missions before December 7, 2025, will get a bonus of $1 million and a discount of $2 million while purchasing their mansion.
A Safehouse in the Hills will also introduce new missions — with no luxury property purchase required — and a slate of new top-of-the-line vehicles to GTA Online. These include new Hao’s Special Works-compatible cars, as well as the addition of Missile Lock-On Jammer compatibility to more vehicles.
Players who have completed all three New Listings missions by December 7 will get into the Gold Tier, which grants you Prix Luxury Real Estate's preferred rate on all their listings, a GTA$2,000,000 discount.
