EA FC 25: Title Update 5 - Evolutions bug fixed, improved headers, enhanced gameplay and more

The latest EA's Title Update 5 for EA FC 25 has just gone live across all platforms, fixing a tonne of gameplay concerns and refining core mechanics. A forthcoming patch that is scheduled will fix a major bug in the Ultimate Team Evolutions system and many more gameplay improvements.

Regarding the Evolutions bug fix, a major issue with Ultimate Team Evolutions, meaning previewed stats were different from the final upgrade, has been resolved. Players can now upgrade their cards with confidence, knowing the displayed stats will remain consistent.

Gameplay changes and fixes

Fixes:

• Evolutions Progression UI is now displaying correctly.
• Fixed a number of places where the headers were considerably less accurate than they should have been.
• Addressed issues with goalkeepers not saving long-distance shots with much power or making jumps unrealistically high.
• Corrected cases where the ground is passed during free kicks wrongly directed.
• Resolved some stability issues when navigating the Transfer Market via SBCs.
• Fixed placeholder text and UI glitches in several modes.

• Crosses now land further ahead of the receiver for improved accuracy.
• Defensive lines no longer drop deeper than intended during attacks.
• Improved ball physics for contested shots and clearances.
• Smoother gameplay due to much-improved player switching and substitution logic.
• The goalkeeper decision-making and positioning are refined to treat the shot-saving performance as improved.
• Midfielders now stay in their positions when pressured.
• Skill moves are more consistent near the touchline or when under physical pressure.
• Tweaked logic referee decisions in Rush matches regarding penalties and advantage calls.

Improvements to Clubs and Career mode

• Rank of player points and Club Victory Points are now showing in Rush pre-match screens.
• Adjusted some difficulty to achieve high match ratings in Rush mode. 
• Fixed issues in Career Mode where the agents would ask for a low salary.
