It has been five years since the release of Dying Light, one of the best open-world survival horror games of the last decade. To celebrate the anniversary, Polish developer Techland have a special gift for everyone who owns the game.
They announced that Dying Light: Bad Blood, which is the game's PvPvE battle royale spin-off will be available to everyone who purchased Dying Light. Of course, you can redeem the gift on all platforms - PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
To claim Bad Blood, all you have to do is head to and link your Steam, PlayStation or Xbox account. You will have to register on the website if you do not have an account. Once you link your account, you will see a banner that offers you a free copy of Bad Blood. Grab it and it is yours to keep forever.
Techland did not say if the offer will expire soon, meaning that it will be available for quite some time. It is a great offer if you are yet to try Dying Light, which is available at a half price at the moment.
On top of this gift, Techland also plan a ton of anniversary celebrations in the upcoming month. The new content will include several in-game events and more. A detailed look at these will be revealed in the upcoming days.
