Two years after successfully launching on Sony's PlayStation 4 console, Bend Studio's zombie survival action-adventure Days Gone is coming to PC. It's the second major PS4 exclusive that Sony are releasing on the PC platform after Horizon Zero Dawn arrived last year.
Today, Bend Studio and Sony have released the first PC gameplay trailer, showcasing improvements and additions that will be exclusive to the PC platform. Additionally, we finally get a release date, Days Gone is launching on PC next month - Sunday, May 18, 2021 - via Steam and Epic Games Store.
As for the PC features, the biggest include ultrawide monitor support, unlocked frame rate, higher draw distance, increased level of detail and super-resolution photo mode for stunning screenshots. Sony and Bend Studio also promise a horde of over 500 freakers at one time.
Last but not least, mouse and keyboard support has been implemented as well as support for Dualshock and Xbox controllers.
Now that Days Gone finally has a release date and it's set to launch on PC, we wonder what Sony exclusive is the next in line to arrive to PC. Perhaps Bloodborne? That would definitely be our pick.
