Assassin's Creed Valhalla is jam-packed with interesting easter eggs and one of them is related to FromSoftware's Dark Souls series. Here's how and where to find it.
We've been playing Ubisoft's action-adventure Assassin's Creed Valhalla ever since the game released earlier this month and it's safe to say that it's an enjoyable experience. It's everything we wanted from Viking-themed Assassin's Creed game and most importantly, it's jam-packed with content.
You'll also notice that the game has a fair amount of easter eggs spread all across the Scandinavia and England. There's also a COVID-19 easter egg in the modern-day part of the game but the one that put the biggest smile on our face is a Dark Souls Easter Egg, which can be found in Ledecestre, where the main story will take you shortly after you arrive to England.
The easter egg is Dark Souls' Bonfire and it can be found on the northeast part of the town. Just head towards the swamp area and you'll spot a big ruin with an entrance where the iconic Bonfire will be waiting. Here's the location on the map:
In case you can't find it, we have another screenshot that will hopefully help you navigate towards the right ruins. Check it out below:
See? It's not that hard to spot it, isn't it? A pretty simple one but it's totally worth it. It's almost like you can feel the warmth and the safety of the Bonfire. OK, that's probably just us exaggerating a bit but it's really special and you should check it out.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is out now on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
