CD Project Red have rolled out a fresh batch of Cyberpunk 2077 images to gawk at as well as officially confirmed that the game will feature a photo mode once it launches on PC and whatever PlayStation and Xbox version they had in mind.
Note however that the exact wording CD Project Red used was "We are planning to have it", which doesn't necessarily mean a feature available from launch. Photo modes, especially those on PlayStation, have grown to be a NG+ feature that usually comes as a post-launch update, but there's still some way before it even matters.
One thing we can all agree on though - it would indeed be a shame for Cyberpunk 2077 to not have the mode all things considered. CD Project Red have gone to great lengths to make the in-game world as authentic to the genre as it is gorgeous that it would be a shame not being able to take a few snaps.
Speaking of gorgeous and snaps, the new batch of Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots among others shows the medical squads, who don't seem overly medic-ky in one of the shots. In fact, they look like they're looking to create themselves more work, if you catch my drift. Oh well, business is business I guess.
Body augmentation creepiness is once again taking different shapes, along with the cute robots that quickly stop being cute once you realise what they're being used for. Interesting placement of light on the creepy technician guy though and while one could probably wax spiritual for hours, it's likely it's purely of convenience. I wonder whether wind bothers him though.
CD Project Red are slowly teasing more and more of the game, which we're all thankful for of course. We all remember the recent period where we've heard the game praised to heaven and back, but believing others' hype isn't really wise anymore. Not to mention being only able to read about a game is like pure torture.
