Call of Duty Mobile is gearing up for Halloween celebrations with a special, limited-time event. The update is already live and the first bit of content is Halloween-themed Black Ops 2's Standoff map.
It's safe to say that Call of Duty Mobile has been a major success for the publisher Activision ever since it released recently. The game quickly reached incredible download numbers (100 million), becoming the in its first week.
As expected, Activision and the developer Tencent will look to continue supporting their title with various content updates to keep the game fresh and fun for millions of players around the world. The updates will arrive in seasonal events and the first one is already live.
Call of Duty Mobile started with Halloween celebrations with the latest content drop which is a part of bigger limited-time event, which will run for several weeks. Players will get to acquire new cosmetics, there will be some new stuff in the battle royale, new limited-time modes and much more.
Activision did not detail these additions and changes but have promised to release the full patch notes on 21 October 2019 so players can take a look at everything that Halloween event will bring. At the moment, you can enjoy a Halloween themed version of Black Ops 2's Standoff map in Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy and Domination modes.
On 21 October 2019, players will have the opportunity to test themselves in Sparrow Operator Skill Event but unfortunately, details are still pretty scarce at the moment. " That’s just a taste of the frightful delights coming throughout this event, so just keep a watchful eye out for more news and information," Activision teased in their post.
Call of Duty Mobile is a free to play title, available now on mobile, both Android and iOS but you can also play it on PC.
