Dust2 removed from competitive play

Dust2 replaced with Inferno on Active Duty

Counter-Strike workhorse Dust2 is being put to . The map will not be playable in competitive games in the foreseeable future and has been replaced with Inferno on Active Duty.

The legendary map is however still playable in Casual and Deathmatch game modes and is now its own map category. Few virtual sands have seen as much bloodshed and chaos as Dust2 since its release in March 2001. The end of an era.
