Summer may be winding down but Pokemon GO's September calendar is looking extra busy. Here's your schedule for the September Research Breakthrough encounters, Raids and Spotlight Hours.

September Research Breakthrough encounters

Pokemon GO's Research Breakthrough encounters will feature Ditto, starting from Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 20:00. to Friday, October 1, 2021, at 20:00 GMT. A Shiny Ditto will be available for the first time ever (outside of Special Research). The Shiny will also pop up in the wild after the event.

Weekly 1 PokeCoin bundles

Available every Monday in September: a one-time-purchase bundle in exchange for one (1) PokeCoin. The bundle contains a Remote Raid Pass and various other items.

Five-star raids in September:

Lugia with Aeroblast from Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Depending on your region, Uxie (Asia-Pacific), Mesprit (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India), or Azelf (the Americas and Greenland) will be appearing from Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. to Friday, October 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time. A Shiny version will be making its Pokemon GO debut.

Mega-Evolved Pokemon in Mega Raids:

Mega Slowbro: Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. until Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
