To claim the promo codes, players must complete the tutorial quest, which will unlock the shop window. After unlocking the shop window, follow these steps:
- Head to the Main Menu.
- Click on Shop Event.
- Now move to the Shop Menu.
- Then click on the Events tab.
- Select the Redeem Code button.
- Enter the Redeem Codes.
- Press Redeem and the rewards will be added to your account.
The codes for Once Human are valid until NetEase Games and Starry Studio's decides to add the new set of codes. So, make sure to redeem these codes before time runs out.
