How to obtain B.A.L.L. weapon in High on Knife
Following your initial encounter with enemies at the game's beginning, you'll notice a colossal sign pointing the way to Salt Lick City. As you draw near, a letter "K" will fall onto one of the NPCs. Proceed beneath this sign and continue straight along the path, located between the two ponds filled with pink liquid. Subsequently, cross the following bridge.
Climb the first flight of stairs, but refrain from ascending the next set of stairs. Instead, proceed straight ahead, and you'll come across a merchant's stall who initially mistakes you for someone else. Following your conversation with this merchant, he will recommend that you help yourself to items from the Lost and Found box. It is here that you'll discover a highly intriguing weapon capable of firing balls that can even explode if executed properly.
After obtaining the weapon, engage in target practise, and upon its completion, the weapon will be at your disposal.
