Injuries in Gray Zone Warfare will hold you back from staying alive during tasks in-game. Here's a guide on how you can heal all types of injuries in Gray Zone Warfare.

Gray Zone Warfare is a realistic extraction shooter from Madfinger Games. The game takes heavy inspiration from Escape from Tarkov putting players in a real life conflict scenario by placing them into different factions.

While venturing out in the open, players can sustain different types of injuries that restricts players from performing certain functions. If you have just started playing Gray Zone Warfare, here's how you can heal different from different types of injuries.

How to heal from injuries in Gray Zone Warfare

You can check your vital stats from the Character tab in the menu. The tab will show you an X-ray showing the type of injury sustained. 

After sustaining an injury, you must use a Bandage or SurKit. You can use healing items by pressing 4 which is the Quick Use key bind or by double clicking the healing item from the in-game inventory. Red and Yellow are injuries to the bones and organs. On the other hand, Purple shows a bruising. 

Once treated the affected region becomes Green in color. However, some injuries like the Dizziness and Coughing will go on their own, however, it is better to treat it by using in-game healing items. Unfortunately, injuries like Coma and Blood loss will almost always kill you in the battlefield.

Here's how to heal different types of injuries:

  • Bleeding: Tourniquet or Bandage
  • Blood loss: Blood Bag
  • Dizzy: Blood Bag
  • Coma: SurKit
  • Coughing: SurKit
  • Injured organs: SurKit
  • Limb injuries: MFAT
  • Injured limbs: Splint
  • Traumatic injuries: First Aid Kit 
  • Poison: Charcoal
  • Drug overdose: Charcoal
  • Radioactive exposure: KI (Potassium Iodide)
  • Pain: Meloxicam or Ibalin 
  • Inflammation: Meloxicam or Ibalin

You can acquire healing items from different NPCs and loot boxes from the map. Aside from that you can purchase healing items from Lab Rat vendor in your faction base camp.
