Escape from Tarkov occasionally features branching quests where completing one quest will lock you out of a different quest. This is the case in the third part of Therapist's Colleagues quest.
Battlestate Games have introduced this feature to make the players weigh and wisely choose what quests to fully invest themselves in and to decide if a certain quest is worth their time and effort.
It is very important to mention that part 3 of the Therapist's Colleagues task will be available only to those who have not completed the Huntsman's Path questline. Those who have completed Huntsman's Path will be able to do part 1 and part 2 of the Colleagues task but not part 3.
The quest requires you not to kill Sanitar; killing him will require you to restart the quest. Aside from not killing Sanitar, you will also need to obtain two stims, which can be obtained from Sanitar and his crew, by farming random SCAVs or raiders, or by looting medical locations on different maps.
The stims in question are the AHF1-M and the 3-(b-TG). To progress in the quest, you need to obtain, extract, and hand them over to the Therapist.
The next items you need to find are the blue and green key cards for Labs. These cards can be purchased at the flea market. The green key card costs roughly 30 thousand Roubles, while the blue one costs 7 million.
These keycards can be farmed on Shoreline in multiple locations. One of them is the ambulance at the resort building, the other is in the west wing of the resort in rooms 104 on the desk and 112 on the TV cabinet. These rooms are locked, but the keys are relatively easy to get.
Once you have collected and handed over the items listed above, you have successfully completed the Therapist's Colleagues task. This task has a hefty reward, which includes 3x Grizzly First Aid Kit, 7x Morphine Injector, 3x Meldonin, 3x L1 (Norepinephrine), 2x Cocktail "Obdolbos", 150 000 Roubles, Therapist rep +0.2, +13,800 EXP and -0.2 Jaeger rep.
