The secret to success in this Escape from Tarkov task lies in your scavenging skills, and the most efficient way to get these items is by hunting and looting SCAVs, whether they are AI-controlled or real players.
In this mission, you're tasked with acquiring four items and delivering them to Ragman himself. The catch? You must find these items in raid, and they cannot be purchased off the flea market. We can just tell that the developers over at Battlestate Games loved making this one.
How to complete Ragman's Dress to Kill task
This task requires you to find two Kinda Cowboy hats and two Ushanka ear-flap caps and hand them over to Ragman. The Kinda Cowboy and the Ushaka ear-flap caps have to be found in raid and not purchased off the flea market.
The rewards for this task are +8,400 EXP, Ragman Rep +0.03, 21,000 Rouble, 1× BNTI Gzhel-K body armor and 1× Military power filter.
The best way to farm these items will be by killing and looting SCAVs. The SCAVs can be NPC SCAVs or other players, as long as they are in a raid. Additionally, PMC hats will not work for this task so make sure to pay attention to that detail. This task is relatively simple to complete since the hats that need to be collected are pretty common for NPC SCAVs to have.
As for the cowboy hats, these can be found in different clothing stores on Interchange and finding them and extracting will count toward the task.
