Players of Marvel Heroes Omega: Gazillion would like to let you know that the new content inspired by Spider-Man: Homecoming has arrived for Marvel Heroes Omega on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Starting today, you can look forward to a new Daily Bugle Operation featuring the Sinister Six and a brand-new rooftop boss encounter against the Vulture. Console players will also soon be able to recruit the Black Cat.
Gazillion recently released Carnage for PC players. The symbiote is the latest playable villain to join the battle. The game's webpage had this to say about Carnage:
"Homicidal maniac, Cletus Kasady was serving out his life sentence in prison when a new cellmate moved in, Eddie Brock aka Venom. In the midst of a jailbreak, the Venom symbiote spawned an offspring that bonded to Cletus, creating a symbiote that was stronger and deadlier than either Spider-Man or Venom. Known for cutting brutal and bloody swaths throughout the country he has more than earned the name: Carnage!"
"Inverted by the events of Axis, Carnage appears to be acting heroic...kind of. Still prone to his violent tendencies, Carnage now fights on the side of the heroes, hacking up any bad guys who cross his path".
According to the press release, "Marvel Heroes Omega combines the core gameplay of action-RPGs and MMOs with an expansive library of heroes from the Marvel Universe. You can take on the role of your favourite characters, including Spider-Man, Iron Man, and members of the Avengers, the Defenders, the X-Men, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and more".
There are "thousands of hours of character progression, a huge selection of costumes, and an ever-growing roster of playable heroes and rewards".
