Cult leaders were quite the menace even during the late days of Wild West and Red Dead Online has one in sights for the Bounty Hunter players to hunt down.
Prestigious Bounty Hunter license didn't really come as something the fans liked since it required them to pay in Gold, despite having acquired the regular Bounty Hunter license previously. It does, however, offer some interesting characters to hunt down and bring in for that maximum reward.
The latest in line is Virgil "The Shepherd" Edwards, the leader of the 7th Generation cult. According to Rockstar's announcement, this individual is deranged and seen as a threat to peace, law and order. Full length of his crimes is not particularly known but given the number of silent nutjobs shooting people up left and right in the world of Red Dead Online, The Shepherd had to do something extremely heinous to become a prime bounty target.
Anyway, the Bounty Hunters will be able to find The Shepherd and his loonies by visiting a local bounty board after having acquired the Prestigious license.
Visiting the bounty board in Valentine will let players hunt for some of The Shepherd's senior lunatics and they will also be able to replay the bounty on the main man by visiting the boards after completing it for the first time. However, the repeat bounties will be harder to complete.

Besides the new target, all kinds of Bounty Hunters will be able to enjoy increased rewards, such as double character and role experience but the monetary and gold gains seem to be the same as regular.
