One of the biggest retailers in France have prematurely shared the price of two PlayStation 5 models and all PlayStation 5 accessories including headphones and DualSense controller.

It looks like earlier rumours about PlayStation 5 prices could be true after all. One of the biggest French retailers Carrefour have accidentally revealed the prices of full PlayStation 5 lineup including the consoles, controller and headphones.

As you can see in the screenshot below via BGR , Carrefour listed PlayStation 5 Digital Edition at €399 while the Standard Edition PlayStation 5 costs €499. Earlier leaks and rumours suggested a similar price point but it remains to be seen if this is indeed correct or just a simple placeholder.

Furthermore, retailer also listed PlayStation 5 accessories including the DualSense controller, official headphones, charging station for the controller and a camera. All of them are listed €49,90 which does not make any sense and seems highly unlikely.

Prices of the console could be accurate and seem realistic but the rest of the listings does look like a placeholder, which suggests that these are just pure guesswork at the moment.

Sony are yet to officially talk about the pricing but that could change at the rumoured PlayStation 5 event, which is tentatively scheduled for later this month. Sony's main rival Microsoft are also silent on the matter and are waiting for Sony to make the first move in this next-gen consoles race.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are officially releasing sometime during Holiday season 2020.
