MultiVersus open beta date, list of characters, system specs and other details

MultiVersus open beta starts on July 26, 2022 at 9:00 AM PST / 12:00 PM (noon) EST / 6:00 PM BST / 7:00 PM CEST. 

Open beta early access starts on July 19, 2022, and anyone who participated in the closed tests will be able to join. The rest of us can get access through Twitch Drops so if you have time to spare, keep an eye on MultiVersus streams that have the drops enabled.

MultiVersus open beta is free to play and is available on: 

• PC via Steam
• PS4
• PS5
• Xbox One
• Xbox Series X/S

Crossplay and cross-progression is available on all platforms. PC players can use KB+M inputs and still match with console players.

All open beta progress will carry over to the final game when it launches so this is basically early access.

PC requirements for the game are:

• Minimum
  • Settings: 60 FPS, Low Settings, 720p
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-2300 or AMD FX-8350
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 550 Ti or Radeon HD 5850 | Intel UHD 750 or Radeon Vega 8
  • RAM: 4 GB
• Recommended
  • Settings: 60 FPS, High Settings, 1080p
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 or AMD Ryzen 5 1200
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 660 or Radeon R9 270
  • RAM: 8 GB

The game should take up less than 7GB of space on all platforms.
