Halo Infinite Campaign and presumably multiplayer are set to launch on December 8, 2021, according to the Microsoft Store leak.
Microsoft's biggest exclusive in years, Halo Infinite, could be launching on December 8, 2021. This is according to a leak from Microsoft Store, where the Halo Infinite page has been internally updated today.
The leak comes from a well-known and reliable Microsoft leaker Aggiornamenti Lumia . Check out the listing with the new date below:
343 Industries, the developer of Halo and Microsoft are expected to reveal the release date for the game at tonight's Gamescom Opening Night show. So far, Microsoft kept repeating Holiday 2021 as the scheduled release date for Halo Infinite, refusing to promise firm dates.
Xbox head Phil Spencer reiterated in one of his recent interviews that Halo Infinite release date decision is down to "weeks" not months.
Halo Infinite is one of the biggest releases in years and the first big Halo title since Halo 5: Guardians in 2015. Both Microsoft and 343 Industries stated that Infinite will be a Halo game for the next decade so it's safe to say that players have big expectations, especially since the last couple of games did not reach the quality of the originals, at least that's what some Halo players think.
We're certainly excited to see new footage tonight, and hopefully, dive into one of the upcoming flights.
