With patch 13.5, Battlestate Games have changed the way one of Therapist's tasks can be completed, and players are left confused about how to complete it. This article will tackle that issue and resolve any confusion.
How to complete Therapist's Urban Medicine quest
This task requires you to make your way toward the Streets of Tarkov, obtain a container with drug samples, extract and hand it over to the Therapist.
The rewards are +10200 EXP, +0.02 rep with the Therapist, 53600 Roubles, a 2x Adrenaline injector, and a Zagustin hemostatic drug injector.
It is important to mention that with the release of patch 13.5, the entrance to Lexos has been narrowed down to only 2 entry points. This has been done by populating the rest of the area with mines.
One of the ways you can enter is by going to the right side from the front of the building and passing the blown-up convoy and tank. There will be two warning explosions in the bushes on the side of the entrances, but they will not harm you.
Once you find the entrance on the right, there will be an enemy watching the area, so you will have to eliminate him along with the snipers on the roof before proceeding.
Once you pass the first enemy, stick to the right wall, and you will see a car that has been crashed into a garage door. This is where the item you need is located.
Once you have collected the item, make sure to follow the path you used to enter so you can safely exit the area and avoid the mines. All holes in fences will result in you blowing up and failing the task.
Once you have extracted safely, speak to the Therapist for your reward.
