How to complete Therapist's Population Census task
The Therapist's Population Census task requires you to make your way to the Streets of Tarkov and obtain a journal that contains resident details. Once it has been collected, you must take it back to the Therapist and obtain your reward. The rewards for this task are: +6,900 EXP, Therapist rep +0.02, 35,000 Roubles, 2× Salewa first aid kit, and 2× Medical tools.
The location you will need to go to is across the street from the Pinewood Hotel. Once you are there, make your way through the archway and into the playground. Keep to the right of the playground till you approach an opened fence gate, go through it, and go to the door on the right.
Escape from Tarkov - How to complete Therapist's Population Census task locations
The building you have entered has five random spawns for the task item. The first spawn is inside the second room on the right, right as you enter the building. Inside the room, there will be a cupboard against the right wall.
The second spawn will be located on the same floor if you follow the hallway until you reach the staircase. Across the staircase, go to the right open door; there will be a desk with a white lamp on it. The task item will be by the lamp.
The third spawn will be through the door after the staircase, behind the counter, and under a potted plant.
The fourth spawn will be through the next left door and on the first right desk.
The final spawn will be up the first set of stairs and into the hallway. The door right in front of you will be the room you are looking for (not the one on the left). Once you enter the room, the task item will be on the floor under the knocked-over cabinet.
Once you have found the task item, extract safely and go speak to the Therapist to get your reward.
