Gearbox not happy over Steam review bombing

You probably heard that Gearbox's announcement of Borderlands 3 as a timed Epic Games Store exclusive was followed by Steam review bombing, and Gearbox claim this is exactly why 2K's decision makes sense and will reconsider themselves.

Valve have launched the anti-review-bombing feature on Steam it appears that Borderlands 2 is the first game to receive the benefits of the system. It was ironic as Gearbox's CEO just recently blamed Valve for letting review bombs happen.

Borderlands 3 is releasing on 13 September 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, it's been officially confirmed by Gearbox Software. The game will be another Epic Games Store exclusive until April 2020 when it will launch on Steam.

Borderlands Game of the Year edition has been rated on ESRB website and it's listed to release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The game is rated M for Mature 17+ and the description warns of blood and gore and intense violence.
