According to the official description, Seattle's Brujah vampires are remnants of many of the failed Anarch movements of the past, hinting they have endured losses during the potential infighting that quelled said rebellions. The remainder of the Brujah in Seattle are either unaffiliated with the political factions or loosely affiliated.
Hardsuit Labs have also confirmed Brujah gatherings at the bash which is the undead fight club, more or less, but they evidently talk about it, just not to mortals as it would be a Masquerade violation.
The bash serves to demonstrate superior physical ability which the clan is usually known for and that trait will be mirrored in the player's Disciplines, should they choose this clan.
Brujah players will have access to two active powers from the Potence Discipline - Fist of Caine and Earthshock. Fist of Caine will allow them to tear down walls and send enemies flying, depending on what the vampire punches.
Earthshock will make the vampire punch the ground and send shockwaves that damage on knockdown anyone near them. Upgrading this ability will cause the ground to fissure, further damaging enemies caught in the crack.
Brute force is not the only tool of the Brujah though since they also have powers tied to Celerity - Unseen Storm and Accelerate. Unseen Storm will allow the Kindred to dash in a direction of their choice at a blinding speed, allowing them to close gaps faster or evade a fight they don't want. Those caught in the line of the dash will be knocked down.
Accelerate will make the Kindred move extremely fast, which will be communicated to players by causing the world to look like it's in a standstill. So, in short, this a bullet time ability.

Considering that both Potence and Celerity are acts of unnatural physical ability, they are both considered Masquerade violations in case mortals spot the Kindred activating these abilities.
