Marvel's Avengers are coming to Xbox Game Pass on September 30. A Quadruple XP event is planned to kick off at the same time and close out the game's first-anniversary celebration.

Square Enix just announced that they are packing up Marvel’s Avengers and shipping the group over to Xbox. The game will be available via Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate as an Xbox Play Anywhere title on September 30.

Xbox owners who also shelled out for an Xbox Game Pass subscription will get to play all nine heroes, the Reassemble Campaign, Operation: Taking AIM, Operation: Future Imperfect, the new War for Wakanda Expansion, and the Avengers Initiative multi-player co-op.

Square Enix also reminded the fans that their Roadmap details holds details about the upcoming content set to go live before the year is out. Read the State of the Game Blog for more information about the upcoming features.

There are also some upcoming events in Marvel's Avengers that'll give the players a chance to quickly and painlessly level up some of their less-played-with Heroes.

A Quadruple XP event will kick off on September 30 and go on until October 4, to close out the One-Year Anniversary celebration in style. Make sure you take full advantage of the situation if you own Marvel's Avengers on Xbox: use its new status as an Xbox Play Anywhere title and play the PC version for free.

Please note that Marvel’s Avengers on Xbox Game Pass will not include the eight cosmetic items found in the new digital-only Endgame Edition. The outfits are, however, available for purchase at the in-game Marketplace.
