League of Legends boasts a massive champion roster; all of them have dozens of voice lines, so it's not unorthodox that people don't remember all of them.
Riot Games made sure to cover various sides of pop culture and literature through the text spoken by the characters and when they reference their own lore, the task becomes even more difficult.
On November 20, 2022, the voice line was "I am the very definition of a self-made man", which is spoken by Urgot.
Meanwhile, the classic riddle could also be confusing as it has a champion that is neither manaless nor uses mana but is also one of the oldest on the roster.

With all the clues revealed, it is pretty easy to guess this is Dr Mundo but the resource and species are a bit harder to nail down when you are in the dark.
As for the ability, it is pretty obvious for anyone who has played with or against Talon as it shows three projectiles flying in a familiar pattern. Rake belongs in his W spot.
Splash art shows a part of the champion's face and if you spot it, it's easy to find the answer but since the image is centered on the champion's shoulder, you might have a harder time figuring out it's Rengar.
