Forza Horizon 5's map will be around 50 per cent larger than in Forza Horizon 4, which means more off-roading and road racing overall, says PlayGround Games.
Playground Games have been showcasing plenty of Forza Horizon 5 content ever since the game was announced at Xbox Games Showcase earlier this year. The team already released a couple of developer vlogs, where they talked about the sound design, biomes, weather and skyboxes.
The next episode of this dev vlog series named Let's Go! Forza Horizon 5 is set to be premiered today, where the team will show us the full map of Forza Horizon 5, which is 50 per cent larger than the map in Forza Horizon 4 .
The team also revealed that due to the size of the map, players can expect a lot more off-road racing but also road racing overall. The proportions of each are similar to Forza Horizon 4, Playground Games stated when asked about off-road racing.
"The map is 50% larger than in Forza Horizon 4, so there will be more off-roading and road racing overall, however, the proportions of each are comparable to previous games."
The next episode of Let's Go! Forza Horizon 5 will be live-streamed on the Forza YouTube channel later today.
Forza Horizon 5 is officially hitting the shelves on November 5, 2021, for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
