Fallout 76 is getting The Pitt expansion soon and the second bit of it is currently up for testing on the Public Test Server (PTS).
Bethesda has pushed a PTS update for Fallout 76 , adding a second Expedition for playtesting. Called "From Ashes to Fire", it will be a part of the upcoming expansion, The Pitt, and it is coming to PTS after the previous addition of Union Dues.
This will also mark the first opportunity to join the Expeditions playtesting for some of the players, which should be good news for those who are itching to give Union Dues a whirl.
On top of that, the update is adding some PTS improvements in order to make the players' playtesting easier, including the increase of Legendary Scrip and Vault Steel in the Purveyor's inventory. Legendary Exchange and Gold Press Machines have also been added to the Whitespring Resort and Meat Week seasonal event has been enabled after certain bugs were fixed.
Bethesda also warned that content on PTS is still strictly there for playtesting purposes, and as such, some of it is unfinished. For example, characters might get the "robot voice" instead of having their lines spoken by actual voice actors, which will be done at a later date and before going to live servers.
That said, if you are looking to properly enjoy the first return to The Pitt after 14 years, it's best to wait until September 22, 2022, to get a finished experience.
