In the first section of Reanimal, as you’re walking around the large abandoned place, you’ll end up in front of a locked door. As you explore, you’ll find yourself following a large figure as it walks around. Eventually, it will go through a door, and your characters will follow through a small hole next to it. This will lead to a bathroom.
The large figure will casually go through the torso of a corpse on the right side of the screen, a disturbing but important detail for later. You can see that there are many toilet stalls there, and you can go to them and flush some, but nothing will happen. Focus on the two well-lit stalls - as these are the ones that matter.
Unclog the toilet
The solution for the puzzle is not flushing the toilets, but unclogging them. And to do that, you’re missing the proper tools. In order to get a plunger, make your way to the previously mentioned corpse, and you’ll see that there is one waiting for you right there. Grab the plunger and make your way back to the lit toilets, using it to unclog the toilet on the right.
Take the key
With your companion’s help, you’ll drag out a corpse from the toilet and with it a key, which will pop out and fly to the middle of the room.
Grab your key and make your way back to the previous room to unlock the door and progress further.
