ARC Raiders Frozen Trail update is the most awaited update players have been waiting for the past few months. Since Embark's announcement of two major updates every six months, players have been stuck with the same content that was there since launch.
The Frozen Trail update is finally out across all platforms worldwide. This update features reworks to the trial system and skill tree. Moreover, it introduces new ARCs, weapons, items, gadgets, and a brand-new big map, Pendola Pass.
Alongside all new features and additions, the update also introduces the new Outpost system for raiders. To level up your outpost, you'll need to collect Insulation Rolls. Here's how you can find Insulation Rolls in ARC Raiders.
How to Find Insulation Rolls in ARC Raiders
Insulation Rolls are an important requirement for completing the final level-up requirements for building the new raider outpost. While the drop pattern of loot is random in ARC Raiders, there are certain places that can drop certain items, like Insulation Rolls.
If you're looking for Insulation Rolls, then try venturing or looking into high-value loot POIs of the new Pendola Pass map in ARC Raiders. Here are the best locations to look for Insulation Rolls:
- Railyard
- Almatera Station
- Commissary Supermarket
- Storm Hut
In my playthroughs, I found Insulation Rolls in the Raider bags, breachable containers, and security breaches. Mostly you can find Insulation Rolls in Security Breaches all around the map. Currently, this item is only available on the Pendola Pass map at large.
You can also find Insulation Rolls in the Storm Huts that get activated during Flash Freeze storms. So head to the nearest Storm Hut whenever the stormy weather starts on Pendola Pass to get the items you are looking for.
