Now almost a month after the game's release, ARC Raiders has finally moved to its season 3 update, Headwinds. With the new update, players have received new changes to the game, a new minor map condition, and a new player project, Trophy Display.
As a part of the Trophy Display project, Embark has added a new project leading players to gather and donate items for unlocking exclusive rewards. One of these items is Expired Respirators, which are a requirement for completing the second phase of the project. How to Find Expired Respirators in ARC Raiders
The Expired Respirators are an important requirement for completing the second phase of the new Trophy Display project. While the drop pattern of loot is random in ARC Raiders, there are certain places that can drop certain items, like the Expired Respirators.
If you're looking for the Expired Respirators, then try venturing or looking into the medical wings of different high-value loot POIs of all maps in ARC Raiders. Here are the best locations to look for the Expired Respirators:
- Medical Wing of Testing Annex in Dam Battlegrounds
- Hospital and Research Buildings in Buried City
- Medical Research Wing of Stella Montis
- Medical Bay of Arrival and Departure buildings in Spaceport
In our play sessions, the best place to look for the Expired Respirators was the medical wing of the Testing Annex. While Testing Annex is a very busy POI, you can simplify your search for the Rusted Shut Medical Kit by heading there if you get the closest spawn. As the Red Lake Balcony extraction is near the Testing Annex, you'll find many Raiders come to the POI every round.
Another spot with constant Expired Respirator spawns is the medical bay or rooms on the bottom floor of the Arrival building and the first floor of the Departure building in ARC Raiders. You'll find the Expired Respirators lying as ground loot on the gurneys or stretchers in medical areas.
