Preferred Tactics and Strategic Redeployments are now part of HOI IV

The newest Bag of Tricks of the Hearts of Iron series brings us the Strategic Redeployment and Preferred Tactics mechanics. These, while not ground-shaking, are mechanics that will help with overall realism of the game.
