A popular Genshin Impact leaker has confirmed the arrival of two brand new skins for popular characters Fischl and Diluc. The skins are expected to arrive in version 2.8.

A couple of months ago miHoYo decided to introduce costumes for two characters in the game, Barbara and Jean. Both of them got a Summer-themed costume which were obtainable through the in-game shop. However, there wasn't mention of any new costumes over the last couple of months, until a couple of days ago.
A popular Genshin Impact leaker has revealed two new skins that should arrive in the foreseeable future. The two characters that will receive skins are Diluc and Fischl and according to Ubatcha1, the costumes will have special effects during combat.
When it comes to the release date, the skins will most likely arrive in Genshin Impact Version 2.8 which is still a couple of weeks away. The game's official Twitter account has already confirmed the arrival of a brand new character named Shikanon Heizou.
He will apparently be a new Anemo user and the first male Catalyst in the game. The same leaker has confirmed that he will have a four-star rarity which means that players will have an easier time leveling his constellations.
