Lazlow Jones, the man behind GTA V's hilarious radio stations, commercials and movies has left Rockstar Games. Jones confirmed that he left the company in April 2020 and will now work on a reboot of The Lazlow Show.
Rockstar Games have lost another valuable member of the GTA team. This time, Lazlow Jones has announced that he left the company in April 2020 after two years of absence from social media and public.
In an Instagram post , which you can see below, Jones has stated the reason for his absence by saying that he had to deal with family issues and felt he needed to step away but ultimately he came to the decision to leave the company earlier this year.
He also updated his official website and provided more details about his future projects. "Currently I'm providing writing, producing and directing services for clients and working on a reboot of The Lazlow Show. I'm also writing a book set in Costa Rica, as heatstroke, alcohol poisoning and venomous insects and reptiles is a perfect analogy for our modern age," it is written in the post.
In case you are not familiar with Lazlow Jones, he is the man behind those satirical and genius radio stations and commercials in GTA games. He also worked as a writer along with Dan Houser, who also left the company.
It is safe to say that Jones will be sorely missed in the next GTA game, which lost another great producer and character.
