Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG developed and published by Chinese studio Game Science, rooted in one of China's most beloved literary classics - the 16th-century novel Journey to the West. You play as the Destined One, a warrior navigating a mythologically rich world filled with fearsome bosses, shape-shifting abilities, and staff combat that rewards both aggression and finesse.

Widely regarded as the first AAA game to emerge from the Chinese games industry, it arrived to near-universal acclaim, selling over 10 million copies in its first three days and taking home multiple awards including Best Action Game at The Game Awards 2024.
