Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a first-person shooter developed by Treyarch and Raven Software and published by Activision — now under the Microsoft umbrella following its landmark acquisition. Set during the early 1990s Gulf War era, it picks up the Black Ops thread with a rogue CIA operative story that leans into conspiracy, betrayal, and Cold War paranoia.

The headlining addition this time around is omnimovement — a revamped movement system allowing players to sprint, dive, and slide in any direction — which breathes fresh life into the multiplayer and gives Warzone integration a new dimension. The campaign received strong praise for its variety and set-pieces, whilst Zombies rounds out a package that feels like one of the more complete COD offerings in recent years.
