Cities: Skylines 2 is a city-building simulation developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive, and the long-awaited sequel to one of the most beloved city builders of the modern era. Promising bigger cities, deeper simulation, and a more realistic economy, it arrived with sky-high expectations from a devoted fanbase.

Unfortunately, the launch was marred by significant performance issues — even high-end PCs struggled to run it smoothly — and the absence of modding tools and features fans had come to expect from the original left many feeling short-changed.
