ILL
ILL is a first-person action survival horror game developed and published by Team Clout, in collaboration with Mundfish Powerhouse, and scheduled to launch in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. First revealed in 2022 and originally anticipated for 2026, the game was confirmed for a 2027 release window on 3 June 2026 alongside a new story trailer. The team behind it has a background in film production, with credits spanning Longlegs, Until Dawn, V/H/S/Beyond, It: Welcome to Derry, and Azrael, a pedigree that informs the game's cinematic approach to horror. ILL has surpassed one million wishlists on Steam.
The game is built around visceral body horror, improvised combat, and resource scarcity. Ammunition is deliberately scarce, forcing players to rely on melee weapons pulled from the environment — pipes ripped from walls, bricks hurled to stun enemies — that degrade with use. Players face a range of creatures called Aberrations, each requiring a different tactical approach to survive. The setting centres on a large research fort, with environmental storytelling used to build atmosphere and lore throughout. Mundfish CEO Robert Bagratuni has described the game as redefining "how real a horror game can feel."
