Development of The Walking Dead: Final Season's last two episodes has officially started, as Skybound Games have confirmed. The new developer did not reveal the official release date but the last chapter should come out by the end of 2018.

Skybound Games have announced they have acquired the rights to complete the work on The Walking Dead that Telltale Games were supposed to finish before the company imploded, laid off the vast majority of their staff and closed the doors.
