Nier: Automata, the RPG set to release on 10 March for PlayStation 4 went gold

Yosuke Saito, the game's producer, tweeted the news stating that the game was actually finished a long time ago, although a specific date was not given.

Google translated the tweet and it says something along the lines of:
"Because it seems to be popular recently I write it because it is said to be writeable, but I will write "Nier AutoTata has mastered up! (Long ago)", so thank you for your continued support until now."

Nier: Automata is set to release on 10 March for Europe and Australia, and a demo version is available now at the PlayStation Store. The description on the page reads: "join androids 2B and 9S and their ferocious battle to reclaim a machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machine lifeforms. Experience a glimpse of the action-packed and high-speed battles rendered in fluid 60fps, against hordes of enemies within a beautifully desolate open-world. NieR: Automata™ is a fresh take on the action role-playing game (RPG) genre that gracefully blends mesmerising action with a captivating story."
