After the announcement of two exclusive partnerships which will bring Italian champions Juventus and Italian league Serie A to eFootball PES 2020, Konami have today revealed another major news.
This time, the Japanese publisher partnered up with UEFA to bring EURO 2020 competition exclusively to PES 2020. This upcoming DLC will include every national teams’ kits, official balls and the hosting stadium that will also be faithfully recreated in the game.
If you're unfamiliar with the competition, it's the 16th UEFA European Championship that will be held in 12 cities in 12 European countries from 12 June to 12 July 2020. At the moment, it is unknown if Konami will recreate every stadium but the teams and everything else related to the EURO 2020 will be included. Of course, some of the stadiums are already featured in the game.
Furthermore, the eSport tournament managed by UEFA, the UEFA eEURO 2020 will be played exclusively on eFootball PES 2020. Konami say that further details about this will be announced at a later date.
Unfortunately, EURO 2020 won't be available in eFootball PES 2020 on launch. The DLC is scheduled to launch sometime in Spring 2020 for free to all players on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
