Real Madrid's biggest signing this summer - Eden Hazard - is the cover art athlete for the Standard Edition of FIFA 20. Liverpool's defender Virgil Van Dijk is featured on the more expensive version of the game - Champions Edition.
EA Sports have revealed the cover art athlete for their upcoming football simulation FIFA 20. Real Madrid's forward Eden Hazard, who recently joined the club from Chelsea will take the game's Standard Edition.
This is the second time for Hazard to appear on FIFA cover. Previously, the Belgian featured on FIFA 15 version for UK, France, Belgium and Netherlands alongside Lionel Messi who was the main cover athlete.
Furthermore, EA Sports also revealed the Champions Edition of FIFA 20. For this special version, they have the world's most expensive defender - Liverpool's Virgil Van Dijk- on the cover. This is the first appearance on FIFA cover for the Dutchman who said that it's an honour to represent Liverpool FC in FIFA 20.
"To represent Liverpool on the cover of FIFA 20 is really exciting for me as a player," Van Dijk said. "I’ve been playing FIFA for years so it’s another major milestone in my career that I am very proud of."
All in all, Real Madrid and Liverpool fans will certainly be happy with the covers but it remains to be see who will be the third athlete for the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 20. As you may know, every year EA releases three versions with different features.
The most expensive one is the Ultimate Edition and last year, it featured Juventus' Cristiano Ronaldo and PSG's Neymar. For this year's cover, our bet would be on PSG's Kylian Mbappe.
