Ubisoft officially announced Ghost Recon: Breakpoint online technical test that will run from 31 May to 03 June 2019. Only a small number of players will be able to take part in the test that will include only a tiny portion of the game.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is set to host an online technical test, it's been officially announced by the developer and publisher Ubisoft. The test will run over the weekend - Friday, 31 May to Monday 03 June 2019 across all platforms for only a small number of randomly selected players, who will get to test online functions of the game.
According to the official announcement, the purpose of this online test is to test online functions and live operations within Ghost Recon: Breakpoint by gathering valuable feedback from players, that should hopefully ensure the best and smoothest launch.
As for the gameplay content that will be available during the testing, Ubisoft say that only a very small portion of the game will be available. The publisher made it clear that this tiny part of the game is not representative of the final scope or quality of Breakpoint.
Ubisoft's primary focus is to polish online and connection services with this build, not the content. During the test, there will be many bugs and visual elements that are work in progress.
If you want to take part in the technical test, you just have to hope that Ubisoft sent you an invite via email. Pre-ordering the game does not guarantee you access to the Online Technical Test. The invites will be distributed on 29 May 2019, at random to ensure a wide range of participants.
Players who take part in the test will be under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement, meaning that they are prohibited from sharing information, screenshots, video capture or streaming the content to the public.
Ubisoft will also host beta test sometime before the launch and those who pre-ordered the game will get instant access but you can also register here for a chance to try it.
