Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 has seen three clan reveals so far and Toreadors are the most recent one. Paradox Interactive posted a bit of background of Seattle's Toreadors and an official trailer depicting their art-induced habits.
Toreadors are the hedonistic clan of the World of Darkness, often inspired by art and beauty in just about any shape or form. They are usually considered the fancy clan among the Kindred although not as stuck up as Ventrue.
Hardsuit Labs and Paradox obviously didn't stray away from these sentiments as the description of the clan on the official Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 website states they are often found influencing the political, social and cultural elite of Seattle.
This didn't come overnight though as they have always had a strong presence in the city and two of the former Princes were Toreador.
Just like their traits, the Toreadors' abilities revolve around manipulating either beings of interest or masses of them, through the usage of Presence and Celerity disciplines.
Presence will have two abilities that focus on dominating minds. Awe will make the vampire strike a pose that will make everyone before them freeze in adoring wonder. Once the mind domination wears off, the affected NPCs will forget anything that happened during the ability's duration. Needless to say, this will pair extremely well with Celerity abilities but more on that later.
Entrance will form a group of admirers around the vampire. They can then be used to distract nearby enemies or do pretty much anything the vampire commands them to. Neither of the abilities from Presence are a Masquerade violation.
On the other hand, Celerity abilities are since they are both displays of inhuman speed. Toreadors will be able to use Unseen Storm and Accelerate, just like their Brujah counterparts.
Unseen Storm will allow Toreadors to dash around, knocking down enemies or dodging their attacks while Accelerate will make them move so fast that everything will look like it's slowed down.
Since both of these abilities are great but cause Masquerade violations if used in front of humans, Awe should help make them even better - erasing memory of said NPCs will prevent Masquerade violations if you decide to outrun the 8:15 from Sacramento.
