Blizzard have released a more detailed trailer for Overwatch Storm Rising co-operative mission that will be a part of the Archives 2019 event, showing Tracer, Genji, Winston and Mercy in hot pursuit of Maximilien, Doomfist's accountant.
Storm Rising trailer is eventful to say the least, as the Overwatch team, no Jeff included, is chasing after Maximilien who is enjoying luxury while driving around Havana where he was busy liberating the people of their historical heritage.
Tracer, Genji, Winston and Mercy are then quickly shown jumping into action with Winston attempting to help Talon soldiers shed this mortal coil as he slaps them all over the place while the wiggle helplessly. Winston is simply shown in his Primal Rage but there is no telling who or what triggered him.
Maybe someone hand gestured an "OK" sign and he perceived it as a hate crime, being Blizzard's creation and all.
Two interesting occurrences come to light during the trailer - Tracer is shown riding a bike and Genji is preparing to slice Maximilien's car in two. It will most likely be a part of a mid-mission cutscene but one can dream of being able to pull a katana and cut through a ridiculously expensive car, right? Also, why does Tracer need a bike? Is it faster than her blinks?
The mystery of the bike may remain unsolved for the time being but Blizzard did reveal all of the new skins that will be available during Storm Rising and the list was completed with Socialite Ashe. You can preview all of the new and returning skins on the official Archives page.
Interestingly enough, this will be the first co-op Archives mission where the featured heroes will not be in themed outfits. No black and white Blackwatch uniforms and no blue and yellow Overwatch ones - it's the default skins all around as no new skins for any of the four heroes will be part of Storm Rising.
